Actually, birthday celebrations were a week ago and it was all that. The reason the bash wasn't on my actual birthday is because there's another in the Nessie clan whose birthday is also in September so we always share the party.

So today was free, and it was quietly spent checking out a new mud site. It's now too cool to film, though, so I was just exploring. I give the new site about a C for quality...good enough for play but not really that great for filming...but if you sink on your birthday in anything at all, that's not bad.

Happy Birthday, Nessie! I am happy to hear that you were able to celebrate it with a sink! My birthday falls on November 10'th, and by that time, if the mud isn't frozen or buried in snow, it is way too cold for me to do any sinking.

A huge happy birthday to you... a day late! Glad that you got to enjoy it.

And always remember, you can sink in Texas well into October, and sometimes into November, before it turns cold!
