Awesome Jack-O'-Lantern- Don't blink!

Check out this awesome pumpkin carving by my 15 year old daughter. No tracing, etc.- based on an original sketch, carved in 3D low relief. Inspired by the infamous Weeping Angels from "Doctor Who."

Very impressive. Obviously pumpkin flesh does not last very long but it might be possible to make a casting in alginate and then cast a permanent version in plaster of Paris.

Good thought. The alginate would be the negative image, so the plaster of Paris would be the positive image. Now, to find some alginate without raiding the dentist's office.
