pre-MPV Gummi sighting

I was surprised to find an old clip from a web site called Space Babe Central starring none other than MPV's Gummi. I guess I never considered that these models might be doing a variety of different types of videos to cater to different communities. I suppose if I ever thought about it at all, I assumed they were hired by word of mouth, friend of a friend, etc. Are there agencies for this kind of thing? How are models hired?

Anyone interested in seeing the videos, go to motherless.com and do a search for "space babe central wedding". It is a bit more traditionally hardcore than MPV's stuff.

Yes there are agencies. However, word of mouth is quite common.There are also several portfolio services where models, photographers, studios, actors and actresses, and even make-up artists can display what they can do, have done, or are willing to do.

Gummi came to MPV be being Darby's best friend. Darby came to MPV
by being buddies with Lena. Lena came to MPV because she heard about it, thought it was cool, and asked for about a year until Dave hired her.
It's a dirty job but I got to do it for 27 years. Thank you.

Paris was a friend of Lena's as well.
