The exchange student...

Thought this would make for a fun quicksand video.
In the story a gal is a exchange student (not sure if it matters offhand if she's from another country coming to the U.S. or viceversa) Anyways one class she signs up for is film making. Turns out let's say the instructor decides to have some fun with her with a film project and does several sinking videos with her telling her it's part of the class.
Thought a producer here could develope the idea.

My take 1. the instructor simply gives an assignment that each member of the class (or maybe teams of several) make a film telling a simple story. That would, I think, be actually a very reasonable assignment. The student's response, on the other hand, is to do exactly as assigned by making a simple plop and sink scene.

My take 2. Same as above except the attempt is to make a film about something found in bogs, maybe the tadpole-frog transformation. In the course of trying to film that, the situation ends up with one or more filmmakers sinking.

And yes, I might actually film one or both of these.

During the sand sink shoots with Veronica last September I actually told a passing curious beach goer & family that we were filming a scene for a collage class. He and his family bought it and cooperated by staying out of the area.
