Amazing they averted disaster... and all for the placing of a plug... yeesh...

Whoops. Amazing it didn't just go up in a fireball with all that fuel spraying around the engines. Somebody's getting fired.

Thats hwy the Navy has this thing called QA reps ( Quality Assurance). My boyfriend gets his tool box inventoried before and after each job he does, and somebody else looks over every job thats done in his command. they haven't had any mishaps in a long time.
