Lets not forget an amazing artist and singer, Whitney Houston! In spite of her troubles, her voice was as pure as gold. We will all miss The Greatest Love Of All! :(

When she was at the height of her career, her voice was absolutely amazing. I was watching clips of her last night and I cannot figure out how she hit all those teeny little notes. She was like one of those birds that sings a gazillion notes a second.

I have the remake of the Rodgers & Hammerstein "Cinderella" movie (Brandy Norwood played Cinderella) and Whitney is just great in that as the Fairy Godmother.

48 is too young. It is all very sad and the world has lost a beautiful talent.

I remember the first time I saw her on MTV and didn't believe she was for real. I thought some producer had put this beautiful girl on the screen and there was a chunky diva behind a curtain somewhere. Then she took up withBobby Brown and it was all downhill from there. Very sad ending for someone with such gifts.
