It's a good laugh.
And fans of the old Brian Dailey Han Solo novels, may remember that this (minus the lightsabres) pretty much happened to the ole' Wook in the course of one of their misadventures
That chapter was notable for a rather lengthy speeder chase (30 years before Anakin tore up the skyways of Coruscant) which ended in a rather predictable - and spectacular - smashup. A lengthy monologue in wook speak followed, which Solo explained to one of the survivors "Oh, he's upset he won't get his damage deposit back..."
