He'll get a nice comfy solitary cell (can't put him in general population they'll kill him), three squares a day, free cable and access to a gym for the rest of his life. This isn't justice. Take him out in the parking lot, kneel the bastard down and put one right between his eyes. I'll do it myself if the state's looking for an executioner, won't even charge for the use of my gun or the bullet. Then send the bill for cleaning up the carcass to his skank wife and that scumbag Joe Paterno's estate.

I'd say let the general population Jeffery Dahmer him. Would save the Pa taxpayers the money it would take to house him. Or better yet, put him off suicide watch and let him off himself. That way none of the other prisoners who might kill him won't get longer prison sentences for doing it.

hey this might be a little gory graphic BUT, all molesters deserve either these fates
( warning a bit inhuman, but... molesting kids is... satanicly inhuman)
1. with him counscious, make an incision down the back of the penis shaft, and turn it inside out, thus making a vagina, then, with a knife cut the balls off, and then hand them to him, and say "you have the balls to fuck little children huh? well, here you go, you can have them back!"

Don't lump me in with the guy who's obviously into torture porn and don't be an asshole and quote half of something I say. My point was that wasting time and resources keeping scumbags like this alive is a waste. If somebody does something so heinous that society deems they have to be locked away for the rest of their life then what's the point of wasting resources presearving that life?

Many who live deserve death; yet many who die deserve life. Can you give it to them?
Yes, it's a quote from Tolkien, but it chimes with me nevertheless. I confess I was not aware of this Sandusky gentleman until this thread prompted me into a little research; but I cannot but object to the very concept of the death penalty. Even the worst human beings - Sandusky, Dahmer, even bin Laden - should be allowed to live out their natural lives.
Not for their sakes - but for ours.
Go on, say it - fucking limey liberal.

I respect your opinion, but please don't call Sandusky a gentleman. There's no such thing as a 'gentleman' child molestor/rapist.

I'm English - when I use the word Gentleman, it's frequently ironic.

I'm with you.
The trouble with the death penalty is that it's mighty hard to take it back when you turn out to be wrong (it's old, but anybody remember "10 Rillington Place"? The book and the movie based on it really changed my thinking about the death penalty.).
Life in prison without possibility of parole accomplishes exactly the same thing as death. Sure, he's eating food and all that but after you count the way these things drag out, what with all the appeals and stuff...it takes so long to kill them that the savings, if any, isn't exactly, er, a killing.
If it was cheapened down, you would lose the checks and balances. And there goes justice. So that's not an option either.
I don't feel a need for revenge so much as I simply would like to see him not be allowed to a chance to do it again, ever ever ever. Life in prison without parole would accomplish that. Anyway, they've tried rehabilitating these guys, and it doesn't work.
