Paul Ryan was named as Mitt Romney's running mate for the 2012 Presidential Campaign.
Amusing moment was when Romney introduced his new VP pick as "The next
President of the United States."

That was a good one haha....the whole time he was walking from the Wisconsin to the stage I was thinking "Did he just say....?".
Good choice for VP imho. I mostly like what the guy has to say about the budget and I love the idea of being able to choose where my SS money goes instead of just dumping it into some politicians pocket every payday. Not sure how I feel about the whole medicare voucher system though.

Yeah, I saw that gaffe. I also saw it in 2008 when then Senator Obama introduced his running mate, Joe Biden.
