In general, instead of "oops" the Russians would say "oy" (like in "boy"). By "in general" I mean "in polite society".
Instead of this, in most cases Russian men would say "blyad' " what literally means "whore". This is one of the most common swearwords that may express irritation, jitters, anger, disappointment, and in some cases even delight. Formally this word should never be used in written text or in the presence of women. But during last 20 years the taboo became weaker. Some writers use this word (and other equally rude words), and many women also do it. Surely, exactly this word sounds from voice recorders of all crushed planes.
