I just saw it in a rather special theater with an 80' screen.
I wouldn't normally post about a mainstream movie, but there was a special effects sequence about 15 minutes into the film that really really impressed me.
Overall I would give the special effects a 9.5 out of 10, high marks for the acting, kudos for a decent story and a slap to the director for missing some key emotional and developmental issues.
Worth seeing, but go to a theater with a good sound system and a decent screen, or you will be cheated out of a SFX Orgasm.

Whew!
As a mass-media illiterate who pays no attention to what's new, trendy or popular, I thought you were describing a near-death experience.
I'm so glad you're all right and I'm glad you enjoyed the movie.
