Based on the final position it must have been one hell of a pitchup, the crash site never got outside the airport perimeter. You can see the wing rocking on vid followed by complete stall falling off on right wing, then the rest was physics
Not a chance of recovering

There was a similar incident at Miami International a few years ago. In that case it was a converted DC-8. I never followed up on it, but the stall on take-off was initially attributed to a load that was not weight distributed properly or (more likely) a load that shifted aft on acceleration and/or rotation.

But yea, pretty tough to watch.

Horrifying to see something that big just drop out of the sky. RIP.

Something like this happened on a much smaller scale in my Northern Ontario home town years before to a Beaver float plane. The cargo, which is stored directly behind the cockpit, broke loose during take off, sliding back to the tail section so the plane nosed up much like that jet did, and when it stalled, the plane keeled over. In that case, the cargo then slid forward to crush the pilot and his passenger before driving the plane nose down into the lake. Because of the air trapped inside, the tail section remained vertical, sticking out of the water much like a buoy.

In that case, the transportation safety guys determined it was pilot error, as he was responsible for securing the cargo.

Yeah heavy loads shifting or breaking free are pretty much the nightmare scenario for any aircraft.

Update

Looks like it definitely was cargo shifting that was the cause; the FDR and CVR stopping on rotation suggests severe damage to the units, or the power cables. Finding aircraft and engine parts (APU I guessing) on the runway means a massive internal impact, not just a shift
