Nice but holy rich kid toy Batman......add in the scope he's got on top and that's about four grand worth of gun. I could buy three good quality AR's and have cash left over to kit them all out with Magpul goodies for that.
I will give him credit for not cheaping out on the optics. Trijicon ACOG is about as top shelf as you can get. Self adjusts to ambient light levels w/ Tritium for full night shooting. Get it zeroed in right and it'll practically aim the gun for you. I'm on the fence between the ACOG and the AimPoint Comp M4 for when I pick out a new AR platform.

Yikes
Wonder why they took the time to add a gadget to make a sound when you are empty and squeeze the trigger, instead of just having the bolt lock back? Eh, engineers...

Yea that just seems useless to me. Pretty sure when I pull the trigger and here a click instead of a bang I'll know the mag's dry.

Especially for rifles, where its easier to lose track of rounds fired.

I try to count but the best way I've found to do it is just listen. When you have your ear right up next to the gun you can hear the difference in the sound when the bolt locks open instead of opening and closing. At that point it's just a question of reflexes.
