Turkey's doing it's pre-fryer marinating and the Ham's in the smoker. Got a bunch of friends/family bringing assorted side dishes. Food coma in t-minus 3 hours. Happy Turkey Day to all and to all a good night.

Since there are only three of us at the table this year, the Weredragon is cooking a large chicken. We did get a nice turkey on sale, and that's downstairs in the big freezer. Very quiet lazy day today, and that's just the way we wanted it.

Also, a Happy Chanukkah to all that celebrating, especially since it will not align and happen at the same time again for 79,043 years, it's worth some well wishes
