Springfield 1911 HRT Professional Model As sweet a 1911 as ever made likely, but holy crap; 2500-3000 bucks? Thats like 3 Glock 21s plus a ton of ammo. Or one of those Space Rifles :) with all kinds of laser sight goodies. The sidearm for the rich shooter with money no object. Very tight too, and consider that Hickok is a big guy....

Century Arms C39 AK-47 ( Milled Receiver and American Made) Always seems a little weird with an American-made AK :) but certainly does the job

Sphinx SDP 9mm Pistol This must be uber-expensive pistol month :D Of course, when they loaners and demos for review, it probably eases the pain

Update 3-7-14 (Meet and Greet times and locations) for you folks that live in the general vicinity, and might have the chance to meet the big guy

It's sort of like the difference between a Mustang and a Lamborghini Mucielago. One is well made mostly by machines, the other is entirely hand assembled and fitted together to make it absolutely positively perfect. The extra labor adds up quick.
Does it make a difference? If you're a competition shooter who can put 7 rounds in a spot the size of a quarter yes. On the other hand if you're a hopeless bozo like me and the best you're going to do is 5" groups then save your money and go buy a plain old Colt Gov. model. It's the Indian not the arrow......

He posted a shot of his old 1884 Colt SAA on the bench broken down and detail cleaned, wondering if that would be worth a video; hell yes, I say, the old revolvers , especially Colts are awesome :D

I'd watch it out of curiosity. Never had a reason to take one completely apart like that.
Think that Springfield is pricy.....take a look at these guys.

"if you have the cash, we have the smash" :D sorta is like buying a Porsche or Lambo

Think thats his old black-powder only model, so I think might have needed a complete stripdown and clean

Yup. 5 grand for a 1911? Well ok......guess I'm not getting that new Rolex I wanted till next month. I could literally, seriously, buy enough Russian surplus Mosin Nagant rifles to outfit a small Platoon, with money left over for ammo, for the price of one of those Super-Grades from Wilson.
