Anyways, you mean the picture above? That was done using a mod called "Dirty Body" I download from the WildLife Mod Manager. It allows you to add a skin texture by changing either the eyeshadow or lipstick style, and then changing it to whatever color you like. Here's another example of some messy ladies using the same technique:

There's also a new feature I've been experimenting with where you can add custom tattoos, which are basically just texture overlays on the skin. And the early results aren't too shabby

I had the idea to make the first and second pictures about a year ago, but wasn't quite sure where to go with it, or if I'd just post them by themselves at some point. But this week I decided to revisit it, and came up with a few new ideas to round it off.
