I think people like to see the victim once she has sunk, and gelatin is nicely translucent to give that kind of "peek".

Ok don't hold your breath (blub, blub), I'll be drawing other quicksand / slime / goo for a while, I usually cycle through subject matters pretty randomly. But Jello should return eventually :D

Oh, no rush! It is just cool to have something to anticipate. :D Besides, hard to dispute more qs, goo and slime, either... ;)
