All three are fantastic!
But I voted for thighs, cause my favourite images are always those between thigh-deep and breast deep. Once she's beyond breast deep there's no struggling body to look at anymore. (Regardless of state of clothes.)

Although, I would normally vote for the armpit depth - I really like the thigh deep sketch - good tension, like more to come. I voted for that one.
You should post more of your work - really enjoy it.
