The Joy of Quicksand NSFW

In an attempt to at least get the figures looking vaguely right, i have cheated a bit and traced their bodies (yes, from a sex guide! ) before colouring in. I think my drawing of quicksand is improving a bit, and I found this wonderful light sandy brown brushpen that is just the most perfect shade for it. So I build that up to give some depth, for this picture inspired a bit by my story The Ultimate Bondage...

I've long felt there is big demand for art like this but I haven't really "gone all the way" yet.

Are you the person who drew a very long comic strip about two girls stuck in deep mud or quicksand and it was starting to get a bit intimate? The way you drew the mud/quicksand was an inspiration to me. You made it come alive in a way my early efforts (which will remain forever unposted ) never did!

I also think you drew from imagination better than I ever could, and I doubt I could find enough proper reference to do a whole strip like you did.

If you used reference it doesn't show, its very artful thing you produced that certainly has your own creativity in it.
Once you do enough figure drawing, its kinda memorized, so no reference required! And it's fun to study figure drawing, because, you don't have to draw pesky clothes
I'm glad you like MUDSTUCK, will probably be drawing next page in a week or two! It's almost over and will eventually move on to hotter comics

It's been a long time since I did any proper drawing and it's amazing how quickly you forget but also, with some things, how quickly some comes back. I've set myself some erotic reference to try and get my figure drawing a bit better (assuming I don't pass out from the horniness of it all) and I'll work on a bit more quicksand/bog/sinking art along the way!

I'm glad you like MUDSTUCK, will probably be drawing next page in a week or two! It's almost over and will eventually move on to hotter comics
