I can't honestly explain what would motivate these women to trapaise across such clearly hazardous terrain wearing nothing but their birthday suit.
It is certainly most strange -- a cause of much mystery and consternation.
If any of you fine folk can locate these ladies' clothes, please supply them post-haste so they might politely cover themselves.
I guess you may need to lend them a rope, as well.
(pick your favorite in the poll everybody!)

Surprisingly, my girls do the same.

Excellent sketches!

Yeah I know. I need to draw a lot more. I should draw every night but it seems like I can only work up the courage to start putting lead on paper about once every month or two.

I have to say I love all three of them equally!
This shows another reason why I love sequences... something for everyone, and a pose for all.

I like the arpit-deep one the best. She looks as if she's gonna be there a while.
I smile because I know somthing that she doesn't......

I concur with PM2K, although I voted for the first one where she's mired thigh-deep.
I do like PM2K's idea of this as a sinking sequence. Even nicer when you look at it from that point of view.

My opinion is you are a TRUE and PROVEN artist in both the drawing and literature sense. I've followed your contributions since 2000 from Kaol's Ol' Sinkin' Hole. Whether you display your artwork for our benefit as either an unfinished sketch or a fully completed piece of colored art matters not. Your efforts (as those of QSA/UG, der Mud Gecko, Nessie, Jumpoff Joe, Kaol, Merlyn, and many other contributors) are above reproach. When it comes down to it, we all should appreciate your efforts.
Also, in many ways, the sketch drawn by an artist displays far more beauty and intent of the artist versus something that has been "cleaned up" and "perfected" for public viewing and approval. Even Tracy M. Lee notes on his web site with regards to his sketches, "These are the guts of the final product, the simplest way of expressing an idea, and sadly (at least for me), these are usually more successful than the final realized illustration. They are usually more fun as well."

I was going to say something along the lines of: sketches like these are obviously not finished, but they can in some instances leave more open to imagination. Sketches can have value and communicate a lot of information and ideas. That's basically the same sentiment that water_bug is sharing.
But at the same time, benmetal has a point, in that these sketches are really bare-bones and are not fleshed out to their full potential. I appreciate his comment because it may motivate me to work more on my finishing skills. It is really easy to lose good elements of a sketch when you finish up a picture. These are skills that need to be worked on.
It looks like "girl up to her thighs" has pulled ahead of "girl up to her armpits" in the poll. This is most shocking!

I love girl up to her neck because she's enjoying herself.

Ah, no surprise here!
You see, the "girl up to her armpits" looks concerned, what means - she is stuck. So, she'll be on place an wouldn't run away. On the other hand, the "girl up to her thighs" is moving. At least, she attempts. We are not sure, if she moving forward or down, can she escape or not. This uncertainty draws attention
