It's a drawing

Of a girl in quicksand.

I was lazy on the background.

Wow! Beautiful! While as a rule I prefer the less-clad variety, I must confess that in this case I think clothed is better! Her blush is great... someone has found her in time to help her, but now she's embarrassed even as she extends her hand for help...

On that point: nice perspective work too.

Holy cow... that's awesome, man.

 Took the words out of my mouth!

Love the anatomy and perspective on this as well, mainly as it feels like we, the viewer(s), are gazing down upon her as she shyly looks up for help.

And it doesn't really matter that you were "lazy" on the background, as due to the perspective the background is basicaclly the mud/quicksand. And the surface of the quicksand around the girl's legs looks great. :D

This is very good :)
Love the expression.
This certainly seems to be packed full of jam... and quicksand. Oh dear.
