"Help Me Steve!" (Repost)

Postby Raidium » Sat Apr 18, 2009 7:55 am

I figured I would repost this drawing I got as a request of mine to a friend! It was on Late-Night but only for a short time before it was removed so for those who haven't seen it or those would like to see it again, I've reposted it! ^_^

*Please take note that this is NOT my drawing, it is a friends who did it at my request!*

I love the scene and the highly dramatic expression the girl gives in her despair, but I can't help but to wonder how she managed to get into that situation. It almost appears as if she was pushed, or tripped, into quicksand without leaving any sort of footprints or other telltale signs of the mud being disturbed. If either did occur though, then it would explain why the scene appears this way.

But anyway, great artwork Raidium and I hope to see more from you!

I loved this back at DS and I love it here! :D Thanks for the repost...

Hopefully you can talk your friend into a couple more of these... no pressure. ;)

I liked this on the other forum but didn't get around to saying so...so here it is...

Your friend is very talented. The picture gets the idea across beautifully. It conveys everything without even one extra line.

I do wonder how much you told this friend because that picture fits into this forum perfectly.

Very nice! I love the perspective used on this! So who is the girl in question calling out Raidium?

Well, my friend originally wanted the girl to be modeled after my girlfriend! It was kinda crazy because when I showed it to her she was all like "That looks like me!" I couldn't help but laugh! ^_^

I can imagine what the girl thought when she found out her boyfriend has an interesting imagination. XD
