Yeah that was pretty cool! Impressive how in such a short story you managed to have a spooky plot twist at the end that explained it all.

Well done - proof that you don't have to produce ten-thousand-word monsters to tell a good story. This was the best entry I've read so far.
In order to make an apple pie from scratch you first have to create the universe.
