The general meaning came through and it is quite good! Thank you for sharing this!

Here is my crack at it. I made no attempt for rhyme or meter, I just tried to bring the meaning across. I don't actually have good Russian, I just used several online translators and dictionaries to try to find out how the words are used. I hope more people post quicksand poetry, I really like this one.
She wanted intimacy with the Earth.
She found a softer spot.
She entered the expanse bare-footed.
And was sucked into her soft depths.
She played in the clay like a child
while the bog took her in.
And only when her chest touched the surface,
She found cause to be afraid.
But she could not escape,
The bog greedily devoured her.
And there is no leverage for her,
She is just slurped back into the earth, a lovely sound.
She surrendered, and the mud sucked her in-
She did not resist, anyway.
And the gurgling mass only rose higher.
We will not see her beautiful face again.

That was a nice translation, too.

Thanks for that.
