History: Leiko was born in a small village outside of Shikoku, her father worked as a blacksmith while her mother stayed at home to care for her and her brother Kisho. For most of her childhood she spent most of her time at home with her mother while her brother went to work with their father. She would usually help out around the house when her mom was tired, she wanted nothing more then to leave the confines of her village and see the world. Whenever her father came home he would tell her stories about legendary samurai and would train her in swordplay. She vowed that when she got older she would become a mighty warrior like the samurai her father told her about. The people of the village lived in fear of the Tokugawa clan and rest of the shoguns, they would resort to any means to enforce there rule on Japan. Leiko didn’t fear the clan or the shoguns, she was the only one in the village that wasn’t afraid of them.
A fated day came when the Tokugawa clan attacked the village and killed everyone, including Leiko’s parents and brother. Leiko wasn’t saddened by the lost of her family, to her it was survival of the fittest. If she saw her mother lay dead before her that doesn’t mean that she should be sad or angry, it meant that she along with her father and brother were weak. With her family dead and her home destroyed Leiko fled and took refuge in the woods, she was found by a group of bandits that took her in as one of there own. They trained her in hand to hand combat, swordplay, and stealth. After completing her training she became an assassin, killing countless members of the Tokugawa Clan along with shoguns and samurai. She doesn’t kill them to protect the weak and helpless, she does it for the sake of her own survival.
Appearance: Leiko is a fair skinned woman with regal purple hair and black highlights tied in a spiky ponytail, along with bright amber eyes. She has a jagged facial scar along her right eye. For clothing she wears a Grey high neck sleeveless hoodie with multiple pockets and fur trim, a sarashi tied around her chest and another around her hips, some puffy black pants, fishnet mesh armor underneath her hoodie, grey arm guards, black fingerless gloves, a red obi stash wrapped around her waist, a small pouch on her left leg, and ninja sandals.
Personality: Leiko is like a robot, she rarely shows any emotions. She’s coldhearted, serious, arrogant, and cruel to those she considers weak. cares very little for human life and will not hesitate to kill innocent people in order to achieve her goals, as mentioned by her philosophy of the strong survive and the weak die. She does show some level of compassion on care towards the group of bandits that raised her, she considers them to be family. She also has a tendency to be self reliant which sometimes gets her into trouble.
