Looks like death by thighs is a clear winner. I voted for it myself.
Back in the olden days there were a couple of stories where a woman forced a guy to go down on her while he himself was going down in quicksand. It's a shame there haven't been any videos with that scenario!
(Actually I think Kaol did one... but for some reason it was done as a black-and-white silent movie?)
