some non-Anime Cartoon Manipulations

Postby lonewerewolf » Sun Jul 06, 2014 7:36 pm

Inspired by PM2K, I want to add some of my own cartoon works. Disney, DreamWorks animation, and Whatever catches my fancy

These are... surprisingly good. Color me impressed, considering the marriage of CGI and real life material. Not easy to do.

Those are awesome! Reminds me of an updated version of like rudolph the red nosed reindeer, only if rudolf had red hair instead of a nose, and the Abomadable snowman was actually a pit of quicksand. Love these!

These are nice, particularly the second image where the lighting matches pretty well between the background and figure, helping really merge the images together.

Nice work! I like the ones with Anna, especially the second one. She struck me as being a little on the wild and crazy side, so I'm not surprised she's enjoying herself in the mud.

As for Elsa, lighten up, girl! Relax! Go ahead and play in the mud. Let it go!

in terms of technique , these are very impressive
in terms of subject matter, they're all sunk quite deep, unlike your Lacy and Mila shots... I'd love to see a bit more torso
but I'm sure there are folks who LOVE this depth, so go figure

For anyone who's wondering: Anna in Frozen is 18 years old.
