Looking at this picture (outstanding picture!) I can conclude that I can't see any potential of pulling herself out. To be in time before tide come in more than one rescuer are needed. I suggest 3-4 guys with shovels are absolutely necessary, or she's a goner. The special equipment (the water pump and the nozzle to inject water to the damsel's feet) would be very useful in this case, too.
