It's really easy: install an art program like "GIMP" choose free select and outline the girl with your mouse. Click "Copy" - open a QS background pic & hit "paste" and move the girl image to your desired depth. You can get fancy with effects - but a good blur or airbrush on the body/mud line works simply.
