It's fun, isn't it?
I recommend the free app PicsArt. It requires a lot of exploring, to be sure, but has also made some good improvements since I started using it. The best new feature removes the background without leaving a big outline pretty well.
It also has a lot of filters. This helps if you have quicksand in a dark jungle, but a pic of fair-skinned Emma Stone was taken in stronger light. You can mesh them more convincingly.
Give it a shot and keep up the good work

Have you guys tried the AI generator on Picsart? It’s nice, the only drawback is the faces look like what you would get if Tammy Bakker and Sloth had a kid.

I wasn't impressed with the AI, but it's first generation. It has big potential.
Photographs as evidence is dying a slow death...

And sometimes they look like they should be in a Tod Browning movie.

Here’s one I just made, I like the facial expression.

You nailed this one. The only caveat here is the background is very sharp and detailed, while Ms Emma is a blurred pic. Matched lighting and pic quality are a real thorn in the side but go a long way to making best quality.
I have pics of models I'm dying to use but just can't match lighting or skin tone with anything I've found so far. Very frustrating
