I'm not entirely sure on video size limits, but if you don't mind registering for an adult side (Free, as far as I know), Xtube.com works. Alternatively, Dailymotion has an age gate feature and I've seen a few videos there involving nudity. Since they haven't been taken down, I think it'd be okay.

Don't worry about it. Besides, I posted a new third-person video just now. No nudity, but still third-person!
