Getting "IE Cannot Display The Webpage" Error When Posting

This has been happening the past several times I tried to post something:
I type in a message and hit "Submit". Browser sits on the reply page and doesn't respond for several minutes, then brings up the "Internet Explorer Cannot Display The Webpage" page. I hit back, I'm in the reply screen but my message is erased. I back out of there, and my message/topic/etc. has been posted. Not a huge problem since I can still post but kind of annoying.

Of coarse, when I posted this message the damn thing made a liar out of me and just worked. *facepalm*
