I hate to bitch, but Would it be possible to lock threads that havn't been replied to, in say, 6 months? The shit posting and ressurecting of zombie threads on here is getting really annoying.

I guess he was just heavily drunk while browsing through Threads ages-old.
Maybe just delete those posts instead of locking

The practice is indeed annoying, and seems to happen in spurts. I don't see it as chronic.

As it happens, the moderating team does delete excessive and/or ridiculous resurrections. The older they are, and the more gimme orientated they are (or both), the more likely they are to be unapproved. The alternate reason stated is usually "Moldy".

The Quicksand Fans Board moderators features a team of highly trained international assassins. It's impossible to assemble them, but I will get the message out that this has become a visible issue.
