tablet help?!

i have an HP Web OS tablet and cant download anything for my life on this and what can be downloaded is solaggy it aint worth watching... any suggestions

I am not familiar with that product but slow downloads are usually more related to either the speed of the source from which you are downloading or to the speed of your connection, rather than to the machine itself. Provided, of course, that the machine is not trying to do something else in the background.

I presume you are talking about a simple download, not trying to play a file as it downloads. First, see if you can do a speedtest. There are websites for this purpose. It is the download speed you are interested in.
Second, shut down any other programs running in the background. Try the speedtest again.
Third, if there is no change after step 1, try the same download on a different machine.
Fourth, have the machine checked for malware.

Quicksandfans is not set up to stream video content.

I suggest saving the files of whatever it is you would like to view to your hard drive, and then viewing them with a dedicated media player (not a browser).
