Unable to send private messages

Hello, I'm new to the site, I have made a couple of posts to the forums, but I'm unable to send private messages. Can someone tell me what the criteria are to allow PMs?

Hello redride79,
I believe you must have at least 5 posts before you unlock full posting privileges.
