It seems not only is the image removed but the artist who created it has been deactivated. Unfortunately, downloads were disabled so even if you had downloaded it, you won't get the full resolution image.

I really hate when an artist makes good drawings (or stories) and then they decide to deactivate their account. Worse of it all, there's often no other way to contact the user when this happens unless you have the user's Discord account where you could message them or have followed them on other services such as Patreon, pixiv or Twitter.
