I think it's more akin to when you used to find a film's Netflix page on a web browser, not the most interactive page, but it showed you that the film was on their service. I think to watch it would require a Mediacast subscription (the service is available through the App Store and Google Play), which I do not have, but if someone already had an account or was willing to purchase one for the movie, they could report back on their viewing and what happens in the movie. Not something I'm expecting anyone to do, but wanted to make people aware in case they wanted it. The 2023 Quicksand movie was also released earlier in other far off regions (in theatres!), so it's not unheard of, especially for movies with no major studio backing.
Ah no, what I mean is if you click on other movies on the site they have links to the media that then prompt you to subscribe while this film doesn't. I don't think its available.
