I'm not normally into animee pics, but this one's a bit different and I can guess there will be a few members that will like it. I don't think it has been posted before.

That is Anemone, from the great anime series Eureka Seven (which also serves as the source of my avatar picture). She is a mysterious evil girl who pilots a twisted bio-organic mech. The show is heavy on drama and light on action but I always thought the design was excellent, especially how her limbs are literally bound into the fleshy interior of her mecha.
