Here's the last five pages of a 70's horror comic story called Dark Secret of the Swamp... and with a title like that, you'd hope there would be quicksand...

I think that's the first time I've heard of a HOUSE sinking in QS. A castle, maybe (Python's HOLY GRAIL).

DC's The Unexpected #212 also had a story called "Corpses in Quicksand" listed on the cover, but unfortunately the cover art had nothing to do with the story from what I could tell - that is, no quicksand. Thought I'd mention it if anyone is interested in checking it out ...

Yeah, that one was a serious tease, all right... and while quicksand is mentioned, the scene isn't worth bothering about.
