I found this just rummaging on the net. It looks like the scene from the Bionic Woman. But I don't recall her going in that deep.
But I recall at least three QS scenes from the Six Million Dollar Man, and the Bionic Woman.

yeh i got to see this not too long ago and its a screen grab. she wades out that deep before realising shes sinking and turns to try and get out
