I was curious about that because I was sure I had seen one which did. I couldn't find it but did find a site which has a press book which shows black and white images of all the different posters so there are some out there. One even makes a big deal of it. 'Braves Death In Quicksand To Save A Blonde Beauty!'.

I also just found a photo website which has the photo of the actor playing Tarzan in the pose used on the poster. But sadly none of the actress posing in quicksand for her part!
