From a Vampirella clone/rip off called Zakarella, from Spain or Portugal... I was net searching "quicksand" in either Spanish or Portuguese (it was late, and I can't remember which) and this came up.

Here's a classic Tarzan comic, along with a scene from the 70s revival. No ladies, but quicksand is quicksand, IMHO....

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
Hello!
Found a few more scenes in Airboy Comics, within a regular feature called The Heap, a pre-Swamp Thing mass of mud and grass, which were the remains of a WW1 German ace shot down over a swamp.
I think these are pretty cool.... I have a weakness for misunderstood swamp monsters...

Re: Yet More Comic Book Sinking Scenes
I found this in the Spanish version of Metal Hurlant No. 10. I don't know if it has appeared here before. If so I apologize. I don't collect male scenes, so I don't pay any attention to them, but I thought I'd pass it on.

Another one from Metal Hurlant No. 28. Apologies if it too is a repost.
