There was this same scene in question a year or so ago on the old DS board, there was someone who knew where it was from, it was some German movie from the late 60's, but no one seemed to have a clip of it. I'm sure the person or people who know where it's from are still on here and will share what they know...

for me it looks very similar to the scene from Elina (is somehwere on deepsinking youtube archive). Might be a remake or something like that.

On three separate occasions, I've gone on extensive scavenger hunts for information relating to this clip. Not once have I come up with a shred of info. It probably came from an unpopular television series -- possibly even a pilot that never got off the ground.
