The new Guardians of the Galaxy video game for XBOX and PSX has a sinking segment wherein the heroes plunge into a red gelatinous substance and sink quickly. Rocket Raccoon sinks up to his neck.

Two instances spotted in an online game, Runescape

First, during the quest "Diamond in the Rough", you're supposed to activate sundials, however one's missing, and there's quicksand where it's supposed to be. You and an NPC end up sinking under, but end up in an underground scarab nest.

The other is during a raid boss, Yakamaru. One of his attacks turns the arena into quicksand, and all but one person sinks. The person who doesn't sink has to rescue the others. If you're not rescued, it's an instant death.

There are a few guides on Youtube, but they're zoomed out too much to see anything. You're not missing much, though. It's just a puff of smoke, and suddenly, you're waist-deep. The ground doesn't change.

I can confirm Luminous Avenger iX 2 has quicksand, but it's only on the intro stage, and it's of the desert variety.

No playable females at the moment though.

Cenozoic Survival [Testing Branch] prehistoric simulator has a couple of tar pits in it. You become immobilized in it and eventually die, though you do not sink.
