Real quicksand on "Expedition Unknown"

On season 1, Episode 7 one of Josh Gates' companions steps in quicksand while searching a river with a metal detector. Its short but it shows how real QS acts. His leg suddenly drops knee deep and gets firmly stuck, requiring assistance to get loose. About 16 minutes in.

The show is on Netflix.
