Nice video and I mostly agree with her.
Would have been even better if she had done some original research in one of the numerous english bogs or along the coast. Under the right circumstances it is quite possible to accidentally sink under and don't plop right back.

That happened to me in a Florida peat bog. It was kind of scary, especially since I might have gotten my foot tangled in something and stayed submerged. See also "plunging" bog sink of Bear Grylls.
Coincidentally, the science video shows a clip from Hot Lead and Cold Feet, the inspiration for MPV's recent release.
