There's a lot of comics there. Jungle Girl is up to page 58 so far.

Some new additions.

Art from a Jungle Jim comic, note the last page...

Plus some from Devil Dinosaur... including the use of a bog as a trap for a bad guy.

Here's another Jonah Hex scene... with Hex stumbling in it, needing to be rescued.

I tossed in this one from Weird War... always liked comeuppance via quicksand. :)

New one! From a rethinking of Turok, Dinosaur Hunter from 2014... kind of an alternate universe thing where the Europeans have dinosaurs and introduce them to North America... and use them to attack the natives.

Here, Turok and Andar, our uneasy heroes, use the forest and its traps to wipe out a band of baddies... including quicksand. I included the whole sequence because I always loved these set ups. Wish it was bad girl Amazons after them, though...

Thank you for taking the extra time to include the setup. Much appreciated.

And, ditto on the Amazons. Hehe

You're welcome. Maybe this would make a good MPV scene one day... even without the dinosaur... ;)

Another new quicksand scene! :D

From Western Tales 69... sheriff uses quicksand as a means to elude his pursuers. I included only the pages which involve quicksand. There is a few pages between our hero's "demise" and his triumphant return... plus a handy explanation of his escape.

I accept no blame for the native stereotypes. I didn't draw it...

Another subscriber has been posting a flood of DID scenes from the German comic series Gespenster Geschichten. At least two scenes involved quicksand.

But when I tried clear away the messages without swamp scenes, I foolishly did a mass deletion.

I asked the persons who posted the Gespenster Geschichten to resend the swamp scenes.

Wondering if you've had any luck in retrieving these scenes?

From a Superman daily strip. This story appeared before in a comic book, but it is neat to see it done this way. Lois and friend scheme to get noticed by lumberjack by sinking in quicksand.
