Yes, it is Germany. Jade Bay, or here in Germany called Jadebusen, is on the Northsea in Lower Saxony. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jade_Bight.. Lower Saxony is my federal state where I live.

Great find - nice, thick mud, especially the bit at the very end. Like others, I do wish it was thicker, but this is nice too.
