Peking - written qs scene (M/F)
Reading that Harlequin Romance scene got me thinking... and digging... through my archives, and I found a scene I posted maybe nine years ago which has since been lost. From the 1988 novel Peking, which deals with a missionary who ends up dragged along on the Long March in the 1930s during the Communist uprising in China. It is pretty intense. The group is moving through the marshes when a young idealistic Maoist and her mule and the missionary's infant get trapped in the sucking mire. They are all rescued, but one soldier sacrifices himself to do it.
It's also a pretty good book in its own right.

Wow, that's quite intense!
Thanks for sharing!
Oh tosh! Tanya retorted, quicksand churning,
Round her knees, then thighs, then oh dear!
It got intimate with her hips and her panties,
And squished rather funnily up her rear!
