I have never, ever heard or read something remotely similar over here. And i'm on the continent and it's warmer over here (also for a longer period of time).
You guys know how to construct roads???

In Australia, a road resurfacing job gone wrong resulted in a tarmac turning into just tar that really messed up vehicles:

LOL......it's a pothole. You can see the patch where it was (badly) repaired before. The moron that wrote this should be put to work on a road crew for a month as punishment.
